Tailoring time: in the slack (peak) season, it will take 15-20 (25-30) working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker.
Shipping time: it will take 3-5 working days for shipping them to your destination. The exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, etc) standard.

Kindly reminder: If you need a dress urgently, you can check catalogue dresses in stock which can be sent out within 12 hours (except weekends) after you place the order.

We use UPS, FedEx and other well-known shipping companies for all of our shipping to most parts of the world with no charge, such as Australia, North America, UK, Oceania, some countries of Eastern Asia, and South-east Asia. First of all, we operate at a lower overhead than a retail store. For example, we do not employ any sales staff or alterations department, all of which add to the cost of operation. Since we do not need to accommodate for these costs, we can pass all the savings onto our customers. Second, we are a professional wedding factory, not a retailer of any wedding factory, you can order dress from our factory directly.

Yes, we have rush order service. And here is the detailed information: 7 days rush order means 7 days time to make dress, and 3-7 days for shipping. 14 days rush order means 14 days time to make dress, and 3-7 days for shipping.

Q12. Can I have some more details about the return policy?

Here are the details of our return policy. We guarantee all our dresses with high quality. If our dresses are not good quality, customers can return the dress back. But we can't accept return dress for custom cut order. All sales are final and cannot be cancelled at the point of purchase. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications before submitting your order.

Q13. Can I see a swatch of the color of dress which I'm interested in before I order?

Sorry, the shipping cost is very expensive, so we do not have swatches available to send out to customers. You can confirm the dress color by two ways, as follow: 1. View our color chart, choose color on internet. 2. Send us a color picture, and we will tell you if we have this color for your dress.

You don’t need to worry about the sales tax. There is no charge for sales tax on all orders.

Of course yes, as custom-made is our first concern. We can make the dress in your own size. You may send us your special measurements according to our size guide.
